The Xiong United National (XUN) was established in the state
of Minnesota by members of the Xiong clan throughout the United States of
America for the following purposes:
- To promote and advance children, men, and women of the
Xiong clan in the United States of America in higher education.
- To develop a system of leadership that trains and
encourages young people to thrive in academic, social, and career
- To preserve Hmong culture, language, and arts and
promote healthy family relationships among children, men, and women of the
- To advance the Xiong clan from economic dependency to
economic stability and from social inequality to opportunities, and to offer
services and strategies to strengthen family functioning.
